Frequently asked questions
What size are the letters?
Letters are approx. 11cm high, if you would like them bigger or you require your garland to fit within a certain space please message me regarding a custom order.
What colours do you have available?
I have a variety of pictures in my shop showing different colours that I have available, however if you require some help choosing please get in touch and I will email you my swatch card and happy to give advice on what will go well together.
How quickly will I receive my order?
All products are made to order unless otherwise stated. Timescales vary but usually approximately 2 weeks, please send us a message if you need it by a particular date and I will do my best to get it to you quicker. Please note that delivery times are extended during busy or seasonal periods.
How is my order posted?
All orders are posted via Royal Mail.
Do you accept returns?
I do not accept returns on personalised items. Refunds are only available on non-personalised items. Return postage cost is the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is faulty and the original postage cost will not be refunded.
Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the item. Any refunds will only be processed once the item is received back at The Little Elephant, and the item is not damaged in any way.
Can I cancel my order?
Personalised orders can only be cancelled up to 5 working days before dispatch date for a full refund. If less than 5 working days unfortunately personalised items cannot be cancelled as production would have already started.
Non personalised items can only be cancelled if they have not already dispatched.
